Loughborough student wins MotoHawk internship

Automotive Mechatronics Ltd has chosen Loughborough University Systems Engineering student, Eddie Burchell, for a MotoHawk Engineering Internship.  This follows stiff competition from rival universities: Bath, Cambridge, Oxford and Warwick.  The internship will be based at New Eagle, Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA.

Eddie will be expected to get his hands dirty and work throughout the summer on real time embedded control systems for engines and clean energy applications.  The systems will be controlled with MotoHawk and calibrated using MotoTune.

Dr Ray Heath, Technical Director of Automotive Mechatronics comments, “We are delighted to take on Eddie.  This is the first time a MotoHawk Engineering Internship has been offered to a European student.”
